Keurig coffee maker makes watered down, watered down coffee. Help?
It is a single cup of Brewer, we have him for a few weeks ago and only now opened the packaging. We followed instructions of "priming" it, and the first cup of (hot chocolate k-cup tasted) to bottom (even watered down, while they fill the cup, poured some moments it very clear liquid and other dark). After it was finished I removed the K-Cup and it seemed fullish, as the powder inside was not emptied into the cup. I tried to place two more times with coffee. Horrible coffee watery, with the same fullish feeling in the K-shell. Am I doing something wrong, or its some kind of blockade is the coffee does happen? Please help if you can!

Press and slide the power switch to "press to open" area on the top. This will open the K-Cup holder chamber. Set your desired K-Cup and close the lid with the handle. The water fill area is opened. Pour into up to eight ounces of water and close. Once the lid is closed, the "Place your mug flashing" light, an opaque cup until you put the drip tray. The "Brew" button is lit, press the brew button and the heating lamp is lit. Once the heating is complete, your cup is brewing. This should be after about 3 minutes. After the venting is completed, the brewery will shut down automatically. If it seems that you do everything correctly I suggest you get in touch @ 1-866 BREW-901 support.
