Is there anything you can do what if you lactose intolerant?
Every time I drink milk, you buy a coffee from Starbucks, or a smoothie, I get a really bad stomach pains. In the last few days I've been drinking, what with the milk in it, even though I knew I was not feeling well, and then today I had really bad cramps and diarrhea. Sometimes I forget about being lactose intolerance, because I'm still eat able things like cheese and yogurt, and then I have to suffer later. Can I be able to do anything again tolerate milk, or cow's milk is not so good you can anways? I was in this year Lactose Intolerance & I am 14th
It is a pill called Lactaid. You take it before you eat a dairy product, and it helps your body is milk. I tried it and it worked quite well. You can get it over the counter at stores like Wal-greens or Wal-Mart.
